- Understanding of the overview of legal framework.
- Basics tenets of IT act and its relevance.
- Contracts and its clauses, meaning and relevance.
- Dealing with clauses like- liability, indemnity, confidentiality, exclusivity, IPR, arbitration, mediation, and penalty.
- Procurement process- including EOI, RFI, and RFP.
- Different models of procurement contracts- SLA, Outsourcing, PPP and so on.
- Contents of procurement documents (Example: RFP)
- Making amendments to contracts and renewals.
- Understanding GeM and its applications.
- Procurement contracts and its administration.
- Closing of contracts.
