On 03rd June, 2023, occasion of WorldBicycleDay, senior officials of MeitY organised and participated in a Cycling Marathon and cheered all the enthusiastic participants. Flagged off by Shri BVR Subrahmanyam, CEO NITI Aayog, this occasion was graced by Shri Alkesh Sharma, Secretary MeitY and other senior officials. Glimpses of participants’ registration; over 150 people turned up for the Cycling Marathon and completed an 8-km ride, making the event a success.
For ease of participants, state-of-the-art bicycles along with cycling helmets were arranged by organizers for the Cycling Marathon.
